David Moddle
David has been singing all his life. He sang his first solo in church before the age of six. He believes in the power of music to heal, and to bring people together. He and Lonnie enjoy singing together in A Cappella Plus, and they are delighted that their three sons love music as well.

Ted Pierre
Born and raised in Montreal, QC, Ted grew up in music, starting with piano lessons from age 5 and progressing through, playing in the high school band (B flat Euphonium), and singing in the mixed choir (through some kind of conspiracy between the football coach and the music teacher, all players on the football team of which he was a member, had to audition and sing in the mixed choir). It was an enriching and extraordinary experience. University and a career in the airline industry beckoned after high school and music was placed on the back burner. Retiring from the business world after more than 30 years, music has regained priority and singing with A Cappella Plus brings fun and personal satisfaction back to this enjoyable challenge.

Tiger Zhao
Tiger Zhao started his passion for music when he was 7. He tortured his parents with the violin, eventually moving on to flute, oboe, piano and trombone. He had the opportunity to play in the Abbotsford Youth Orchestra, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and the Vancouver Island Symphony. He only started singing in his high school choir through the persuasion of his band director, who desperately needed tenors. Thankfully, since then he has fallen in love with singing and sang in vocal jazz, and even co-founded his high school a cappella group, called Harmonic Luncheon. This is his first term singing with A Cappella Plus, and he appreciates having the opportunity to sing with the group. |
